What a diesel heater air duct hose does
A diesel heater air duct hose is the flexible pipe that carries warm air from a diesel parking heater into a truck cab, a boat cabin or a workshop. It also moves cold air on ventilation runs. The wall is corrugated, so it bends around corners by hand and holds its shape instead of collapsing the airflow.
Sizes you can order
Standard inner diameters run from 6 mm to 140 mm. The size ordered most often for diesel parking heaters is 75 mm; 42 mm, 60 mm and 90 mm are also common. Measure the heater outlet and the vent before ordering. A hose that is 2 mm loose will leak warm air at the joint, and that costs more than getting the size right the first time
Material options and what each one is for
Four constructions cover most jobs. Aluminum foil reflects radiant heat and suits heater outlets. Kraft paper is the economical choice for standard warm air runs. Glass fiber fabric adds heat resistance and reinforcement where temperatures climb. Black PVC gives a clean finished look on visible installations. Each option is supplied by the metre and cuts with a sharp knife.
How hot it can get
The aluminum-foil hose works from -40 °C to 260 °C, covering both cold-duct runs and hot heater outlets. If your duty runs continuously above 200 °C, we add glass-fiber reinforcement to the wall — send us the target temperature and we will build the right hose. Guessing here gets expensive, so give the number rather than a description.
Minimum order and packing
MOQ is 50 m per size. Industry-common minimums run around 100 m with other suppliers, but we quote from 50 m — send your target quantity and we will match it. Standard packing is carton, coil or bulk, and OEM packing with your label is available. Mixed sizes ship together for distributors building a full heater duct range.
Where these hoses are used
Truck and van parking heaters are the largest use. The same hose works on automotive heater and defroster ducts, engine air intake preheaters, generator enclosure ventilation, and warm air runs in boats and caravans. It also protects cable runs and fuel lines that sit near a heat source.

Q: Can I get a size that is not listed? A: Yes. Anything between 6 mm and 140 mm is made to order, and we can work from a sample or a drawing.
Q: How do I stop the hose slipping off the heater outlet? A: Match the inner diameter to the outlet and clamp it. A loose fit causes most warm air loss, not the hose material.
