PVC Steel Wire Reinforced Duct | Flexible Industrial Ventilation Hose
Flexible PVC air duct reinforced with plastic-coated steel wire. Ideal for chemical exhaust & dust extraction. Custom colors & lengths. MOQ: 10 pcs.
PVC Steel Wire Reinforced Duct — Product Overview
Our PVC steel wire reinforced duct (also called PVC flexible air duct or steel wire duct hose) is a compressible ventilation hose built for moving air, fumes, and light dust. A plastic-coated steel wire helix gives it high-negative-pressure strength and lets the duct extend and compress for compact storage and low shipping cost. MOQ: 10 pcs, OEM and private-label branding available.

Why Choose a Steel Wire Reinforced PVC Duct
- Negative-pressure strong: the steel wire duct hose keeps its shape under vacuum and exhaust fans without collapsing.
- Highly flexible & compressible: a flexible PVC air duct coils tightly — ships at a fraction of its extended length.
- Tear & abrasion resistant: reinforced PVC film resists punctures in workshop and site use.
- Flame-retardant option: FR version for welding fume and hot-air extraction.
- Lightweight: far lighter than rigid galvanized duct for temporary and portable ventilation.
Application Scenarios
- HVAC ventilation: connect this PVC ventilation duct to air handlers, units, and fresh-air lines.
- Fume & welding extraction: a welding fume extraction hose for workshops, garages, and fabrication bays (use FR option for hot fumes).
- Chemical exhaust: vent corrosive or humid air from labs, plating, and process rooms.
- Dust collection (light): pair with extraction arms for sanding, grinding, and woodworking dust.
- General industrial air movement: temporary ducting for construction, events, and confined-space ventilation.
Customization & OEM Service
We supply OEM air duct and private-label PVC steel wire duct with custom diameter, length, color, end cuffs, and printed logo. Flame-retardant and anti-static (dissipative) versions are available. Every piece is inspected before export; quotations returned within 24 hours.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What temperature can this PVC duct handle?
A: The PVC film is rated -15 °C to +65 °C. For hotter welding fumes, choose the flame-retardant (FR) option and keep airflow moving.
Q: Will it collapse under suction?
A: No — the embedded steel wire helix makes it full-vacuum rated, so it stays round on exhaust and extraction fans.
Q: Can you make custom diameters and lengths, and provide OEM?
A: Yes — ID, length, color, end cuffs, and OEM branding are customizable; share your spec and we return a quote within 24h.
Q: Is a flame-retardant version available?
A: Yes, a self-extinguishing FR PVC duct is available for welding fume and hot-air extraction.
Q: What is the MOQ?
A: 10 pcs for standard sizes; custom specs quoted separately.
