Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q1: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for this silicone hose?
A: Our standard MOQ is 10 pieces. For custom wall thicknesses or specialized calibers, please contact our sales team to discuss specific production runs.
Q2: Can the wall thickness be customized for specific pressure requirements?
A: Yes. While our standard wall thickness is 1.0mm, we can customize both the wall thickness and the inner steel wire gauge (1.0mm to 2.3mm) to perfectly match your target operating pressure and environment.
Q3: Does the inner liner discolor or stain materials passing through it?
A: Not at all. The inner wall is crafted from premium, high-purity white silicone rubber. It contains no impurities and is completely colorfast, ensuring that any materials or gases passing through will not be dyed or contaminated.
Q4: Can this tube withstand continuous exposure to 300°C?
A: The hose is rated for continuous operation between -70°C and +260°C. 300°C is its instantaneous/peak temperature capacity. For prolonged exposure above 260°C, please reach out to us for material grade recommendations.
