Frequently Asked Questions
Can a hose mender permanently repair a split hose?
A hose mender is designed to rejoin two hose ends or replace a damaged section, giving a full-bore, leak-free joint that is permanent in normal service. Cut the damaged section out squarely, insert the mender fully and secure each end with the correct clamp. For high-pressure or safety-critical lines we recommend replacing the hose length instead.
What is your minimum order quantity?
For stocked specifications the MOQ is typically 100 m (or 100 pcs for fittings) per size. For customized production the usual MOQ is 500 m or 500 pcs per size, depending on material and tooling.
Can you produce to my own specification or brand?
Yes. We regularly produce to customer drawings and samples, including non-standard sizes, compounds and cover colours, and we can print or emboss your logo and supply private-label packaging.
What is the lead time, and can I get samples first?
Stocked items normally ship in 7–15 days and customized production in 15–25 days. Samples are available so you can test the product in your application before placing a bulk order.
